I have no complaints. It holds a charge well. I like the three brushing settings. I don't use the Bluetooth. Based on my current experience, I would recommend.
The first brush I got would not charge. When I called the Customer Service, they shipped me the replacement until right away as normally companies want the defective unit shipped to them before they will ship you new one. I did not have to return the defective unit saving me a lot of hassles of shipping. Fantastic customer service.
I have used an Oral-B powered toothbrush for many years so when the battery started to fail, I went back for a replacement. Fortunately, I checked the manufacturer's site and found this improved model, ordered it and have been delighted in its performance. I like a nickel-metal hybrid rechargeable battery better than the the nickel-cadmium battery in my older unit and I like the warning of excessive pressure. It seem to clean much better and may do so even better with other brush heads. I've not tried any other than the one that came with the Pro 3000 model.
i used a phillips sonic care tooth brush before so Oral B was rough. I brought a gentle brush and it is better. My teeth feel very clean. I don't have a 2 minute brushing signal, I guess that comes with the Blue Tooth.
I very seldom rate something the highest rating as it does not leave room for improvement. That's why I gave the four rating. Unit works great and does what was advertised. I would most likely buy an Oral B unit again.
The produce cleans very well and like the pressure notification. The brush is too thick to be neat while in use. The 30 second notifications are rough and the brush repeats its 2 minute cycle automatically. Replacement brushes are to expensive for the design. I found a higher grade Oral-B for much less money at Sams' after purchasing mine. I prefer the Sonic.
